ON SITE CALIBRATION SERVICE

On site calibration of fixed systems is undertaken with a mobile weight test truck.

Product support world-wide is key to our international success.

Central Weighing has factory trained dealers and distributors in over 30 countries, with on-line technical and software support from our UK engineering team.

In the UK we have regionally located service engineers who are fully equipped to carry out installation and repairs to all systems.

Our distributors are factory trained to carry out a similar service in their own countries and Central Weighing frequently organises technical training for distributors and customers in their own country or at our UK facility.

 

IN HOUSE CALIBRATION

 

Weighbridges are calibrated to 20,000 kg in house before being commissioned on site.

 

 

 

 

PORTABLE EQUIPMENT IN HOUSE CALIBRATION SERVICE

Portable systems should be recalibrated and recertified as part of a fast response calibration service operated in our UK factory. Central Weighing has invested in the very latest test equipment certified to Traceable National Standards for this task.

SERVICE SUPPORT DESK

Our UK Service Desk arranges one off or annual contract maintenance visits, which can include calibration and preventative maintenance, as well as breakdown cover.
